Personal messages, drafts, or generated suggestions
Partner profiles, names, or nicknames
Message history or conversation logs
Contact information
Identifiers that can be used to track or identify individual users

All message drafts, suggestions, and history remain locally on your device.

2. AI Processing

When you request a message suggestion:

The text you provide may be sent securely to an AI service only to generate a response
Message content is not stored on our servers
Message content is not used to build user profiles
Message content is not shared for advertising or tracking

Once a response is generated, the content is discarded.

3. Anonymous Usage Analytics

AffirmCoach collects limited, anonymous usage data to help improve the app.

Examples include:

Feature usage frequency
Time-of-day usage patterns
Tone options selected
Number of refinements made per message

This data:

Does not include message content
Does not include personal identifiers
Cannot be used to identify individual users
Is collected only in aggregated form

Usage data is used solely for product improvement and analytics.

4. Data Retention

Anonymous usage data may be retained in aggregated form for analysis and product improvement.
No personally identifiable information is stored.

5. Tracking and Advertising

AffirmCoach:

Does not track users across apps or websites
Does not use third-party advertising SDKs
Does not sell or share data with advertisers

App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission is not required.

6. Children’s Privacy

AffirmCoach does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
